We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate Marketing Specialist to work with us! The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, managing campaigns with influencers and local events, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with global and local teams to enhance brand awareness and player engagement. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil. Main responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that aligns with the global version and caters to the Brazilian market to enhance brand positioning, awareness, and player engagement in Brazil. - Campaign Planning and Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including influencers and content creator partnerships, local events and collaborations to ensure the content quality and campaign performance. - Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand player needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. - Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports and insights. - Collaboration: Work closely with the Chinese HQ team, local operation, community, content creation, and PR teams to align marketing efforts with operation goals.Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication or related; Experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming industry. Multinational corporate or global project experience preferred. Deep understanding of the Brazilian gaming market, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Good at project management, communication, and analyse, with the attention to details Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a plus. Passionate about gaming with extensive experience in mainstream games; FPS enthusiasts preferred.
